  • Once you’re ready, place your order and if by phone, feel free to ask the representative for recommendations and advice.

  • You can also fill out the order form on the website and a sales representative will call you promptly to discuss your order.

Shipping Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

If a problem arises, just contact, us with the issue or problem, or if you are requesting help. We really appreciate your patience. We are not directly responsible for the plants you've purchased. But with that said, as club members, we will credit you a replacement plant, with a maximum of two plants out of 12 purchased. So if you purchase 6, we will replace 1 plant. If you purchase 12, we will replace up to 2 plants, only once issue is verified as a 'plant issue". Please note we need to see images of the individual plant, within 4 days of plant purchase. No replacement will be approved without: time and day purchased, where purchased, and with accompanying images.
